A new update is available for Night Owls, the unsettling narrative thriller made for a series of horror jams in October 2024. Included in this build:
Static Mode Button
- There is now a button that allows players to toggle the animated background on and off during gameplay. This button is located in the bottom left corner.

Play Button & Exit Button
- Instead of the game automatically running, there is now a play button included at the beginning of the page. At the end of the game, there is also an exit button included to allow players to conveniently quit the game.

Timing and Dialogue Update
- Timing adjustments were made to a series of automatic dialogue lines, particularly the text message and Serenity's internal panels for easier readability.

These updates were based on feedback received since Night Owls' release. Thank you to all who played Night Owls and left feedback to make it better for future players.
